U.S. Music School Ads Expert - Senior Google Ads Expert Required

Job ID: 40087028

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I’m ready to scale my music school’s enrollment and need a senior-level Google Ads strategist who understands how parents in the United States search for education options for their children. The sole objective is lead generation: qualified parents who want music lessons for their kids. We are seeking a senior-level Google Ads specialist with extensive, verifiable experience managing high-performing campaigns for U.S. businesses. This is not an entry-level role. We are only interested in professionals who understand the U.S. advertising landscape, consumer behavior, and compliance requirements and who can deliver measurable results.
This project involves the complete setup, launch, and ongoing management of Google Ads campaigns for Young Artist Music School
https://youngartistmusicschool.com
The objective is lead generation and student enrollment, with strict performance expectations and ROI accountability.
My current focus is Google’s Search Network, so you should be fluent in keyword intent mapping, ad-group structuring, responsive search ad copy, and conversion-oriented extensions. This engagement is strictly about dominating search results for the U.S. market right now.

Here’s what success looks like to me:

1. Campaign Strategy & Setup
Full audit of existing digital presence
Advanced keyword research based on U.S. search intent
High-intent campaign structure (Search, Local, Remarketing; Display only if justified)
Professional, compliance-approved ad copy tailored to U.S. parents and adult learners
Precise geo-targeting within Texas (Frisco, West Plano, Prosper, McKinney, Dallas suburbs)
2. Tracking & Performance Infrastructure
Google Analytics 4 setup and verification
End-to-end conversion tracking (calls, forms, inquiries)
Google Ads ↔ GA4 integration
KPI framework focused on cost-per-lead and conversion quality
3. Ongoing Management & Optimization
Weekly optimization and budget control
Negative keyword management
A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages
Clear, data-driven decision making
Monthly executive-level performance reports with actionable insights
Deliverables:
- Fully structured Google Ads account built to scale
- Conversion tracking and analytics infrastructure
- Ongoing optimization and performance monitoring
- Monthly ROI and performance reporting
- Strategic recommendations for growth
• A full campaign build (or a rebuild if you feel that’s wiser) that launches fast, follows best practices, and is laser-focused on parent-oriented queries.
• Conversion tracking correctly wired to phone calls and our web enquiry form so every lead is visible in Google Ads and GA4.
• Clear, data-driven optimizations during the first two weeks to improve quality score, lower CPC, and hit an agreed cost-per-lead target.
• A concise performance report at the end of the first 30 days that highlights wins, gaps, and your roadmap for month two.

Access to the existing account, landing pages, and historical data will be provided immediately after kickoff. If you’ve helped U.S. education brands fill classes through search before—and can prove it—let’s talk.
