Meta Ads Expert for Sales

I run an e-commerce store that sells stylish hair accessories, mainly scrunchies, and my only goal with paid traffic is to drive direct purchases. I’m looking for a Meta ads specialist with a proven track record – three or more years managing campaigns that turn ad spend into revenue.
You’ll own the entire funnel. That means researching audiences, designing eye-catching static and video creatives, setting up campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager, configuring the pixel and conversion API, and then optimising day-to-day for the highest possible ROAS. Consistent A/B testing, audience refinement, and real-time creative tweaks should feel second nature to you.
Deliverables I expect:
• A full set of launch-ready creatives (images, short-form video, copy)
• Conversion-optimised campaign structure built around the Purchase objective
• Pixel and event tracking verified and firing across my Shopify store
• Weekly performance reports with clear next steps for scaling winners or cutting losers
