Local Meta Lead Gen Ads
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I want to ramp up local demand for my countertop-repair business through highly targeted Facebook and Instagram campaigns. My number-one objective is to collect qualified homeowner leads inside a defined radius of our town; brand lift and traffic are nice extras, but the metrics that matter are form fills, calls, and booked estimates.
Here is what I already have in place: a business Meta account, active Facebook Page, basic Pixel installation on a WordPress landing page, and a modest creative library of before-and-after photos. I now need someone who can turn these raw assets into a cohesive funnel: cold-audience prospecting ads, sharp retargeting sequences, and clear conversion tracking that proves real homeowners are entering the pipeline.
You should be comfortable with:
• Crafting ad sets that geo-fence only the city and immediate suburbs.
• Writing audience-specific copy that speaks to common countertop problems and fast repair solutions.
• Building lookalikes from past customer data and setting up dynamic retargeting ads.
• A/B testing images, hooks, headlines, and lead form layouts to push CPL down week after week.
• Interpreting Events Manager data, refining audiences, and reallocating budget in real time.
Deliverables
1. Campaign structure (cold, warm, hot) built inside my Meta Business Suite.
2. Two prospecting creatives and two retargeting creatives live in week one, with ongoing iterations based on performance.
3. Weekly report covering spend, CPL, booked-estimate count, and next-step recommendations.
4. Clean Pixel and Conversion API setup so every lead is tracked end-to-end.
I expect about 5–10 hours of work each week for at least the next month, possibly longer if the results stay strong. If you have a track record of driving local service leads—especially for home improvement niches—let’s talk strategy and timelines so we can start filling my calendar with homeowner appointments.
