Instantly.ai Expert Needed – Setup Email Outreach + Step-by-Step Guide
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m launching a SaaS website for business owners in the event space like DJs, etc., and need help setting up my first outreach campaign inside Instantly.ai using a clean list of warm leads (collected from Etsy orders where I sold design templates).
I will provide the 3 email templates used for the first outreach. We’ll do A/B/C testing to see which version gets better open and reply rates.
**What I need:**
* Set up Instantly.ai from scratch
* Upload leads from my Google Sheet
* Create a campaign using 3 email versions
* Track open rate and reply rate for each version
* Configure reply tracking, follow-ups, and tagging if possible
* Use a **forwarding email I created on HostGator** that’s connected to my Gmail for sending (you will not have access to my Gmail account — only the sending address)
* Create a step-by-step guide (Google Doc with screenshots)
* Record a short video tutorial showing how everything works
* The guide should be detailed enough for my VA in the Philippines to follow
