FB/Instagram Ads Specialist Needed

I'm looking for a skilled FB/Instagram Ads Specialist to manage a pre-launch product campaign in the Health & Wellness industry. The goal is to collect emails from adults aged 25-45 through paid traffic.
Key Requirements:
- Set up and manage Facebook/Instagram lead generation ads
- Write 2–3 versions of compelling ad copy
- A/B test 2–3 ad creatives, including images and videos
- Install and verify pixel tracking for accurate data collection
- Monitor cost per lead and optimize ads for better performance
- Coordinate closely with our landing page developer to ensure seamless integration
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in running successful Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on high-quality products
- Expertise in A/B testing and data-driven optimization
- Familiarity with pixel tracking and analytics
