Immediate Mautic 5 Fix

I already have Mautic 5 installed with a test contact list, mapped custom fields, and dynamic content in place. “Send Example” fires without issue, yet the scheduled send to the same test segment remains stuck. I’m convinced the snag sits somewhere inside the Mautic settings—not SMTP or the template—and I need an expert eye on it right away.

Here’s what I expect:

• A same-day screenshare session so we can walk through the cron jobs, campaign configuration, and any other Mautic-level settings that could be blocking delivery.
• A clear, working send to the test contacts before we move on.
• Live monitoring when the real one-off blast goes out to roughly 140 K contacts, including help interpreting the real-time tracking and engagement data.
• A short hand-off report summarising root cause, the fixes applied, and recommended next steps.
