HIRING: YOUTUBE THUMBNAIL DESIGNER (LONG-TERM)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
THE PROJECT
I run a growing YouTube gaming channel focused on high-energy livestream content. The next step is scale—turning strong videos into high-CTR performers with thumbnails that force clicks.
I’m looking for a Thumbnail Designer who understands psychology, contrast, and emotion, not just Photoshop tools.
This is a long-term role, not one-off freelance work.
PAYMENT & GROWTH STRUCTURE (READ CAREFULLY)
I pay per thumbnail, with volume and consistency guaranteed for the right designer.
Starting rate: ₹250–₹400 per thumbnail (based on skill & speed)
Bulk work available every week
Rate increases tied to CTR improvement and consistency
Opportunity to become Lead Thumbnail Designer as the channel scales
If your work performs, your rate goes up. Simple.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Designing YouTube thumbnails for gaming & stream-based content
Creating multiple variations when needed for A/B testing
Working closely with the editor/strategist to match the video’s hook
Iterating quickly based on feedback and performance
STYLE I’M LOOKING FOR
Clean but high-contrast
Bold expressions, faces, or focal points
Minimal text (or no text when possible)
Strong color separation
Clear subject even at mobile size
Gaming experience is a big plus—but not mandatory if your thumbnails click.
QUALITY RULES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
No AI-only thumbnails (AI assets can assist, but final design must be human-made)
Must be original—no stolen templates or copied creators
Revisions are part of the job (within reason)
Must meet deadlines consistently
HOW TO APPLY (FILTER SYSTEM)
I will ignore generic or copy-paste proposals.
To apply:
Start your message with the word “FOCUS”
Share 2–5 thumbnail samples (gaming preferred)
Briefly explain why you think those thumbnails would get clicks
Confirm you’re comfortable with long-term work and feedback
Optional (but increases chances):
Suggest one improvement you’d make to a recent thumbnail on my channel.
WHO THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR
Designers who want steady work, not chasing clients
Designers confident in their skill and open to growth
Designers who care about results, not just aesthetics
If you’re here to build something long-term and grow with the channel, apply.
