The immediate focus is renovation, and as soon as the funnel proves profitable we will widen the net to insulation, plumbing and even solar work. I have no ad copy yet, so you will craft fresh, persuasive French-language Search ads and Performance Max assets that speak directly to household decision-makers.
Your first task is to design a clean account structure for Search + Performance Max, wire it to GA4 through Google Tag Manager, and set up rock-solid conversion events (phone calls, form fills, WhatsApp clicks). From there, constant optimisation for ROAS and budget scaling is essential; I expect rapid split-testing, negative keyword pruning, bid-strategy refinement and asset rotation so the CPL keeps dropping while volume climbs.
