Engaging Copy on Lankan Icons
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m commissioning a focused writing project and specifically need copywriting that celebrates two Sri Lankan cultural giants: novelist-scholar Martin Wickramasinghe and pioneering musician Sunil Santha.
The assignment is straightforward: turn the background material I’ll supply—interviews, archival notes, and existing articles—into compelling, audience-friendly copy that can be repurposed across web features, brochures, and social media. It should read smoothly in English, carry a warm, story-driven tone, and remain factually impeccable.
What I expect to receive
• A 1,200-word feature profile on each figure (total 2,400 words) polished and ready for online publication
• Five short social snippets per personality (≈60 words each) that spotlight a key achievement or anecdote
• Two alternative headline options for every long piece so we can A/B test engagement
Quality matters more than sheer volume; I want concise, energetic writing that honours their artistic legacy without sliding into heavy academia. Please fact-check all dates, titles, and Sinhala spellings so that a knowledgeable reader never trips over accuracy.
Timeline & workflow
Send me a first draft within five days, I’ll return comments within 48 hours, and the final version should land no later than a week after that. We can collaborate over Google Docs or Word—whichever keeps the feedback loop smooth.
If you’ve tackled arts, culture, or heritage topics before, include a link or brief sample to help me gauge your narrative style. Looking forward to seeing how you bring these icons to life for modern readers.
