Email MP3 Project Delivery
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have finished producing my project and the final asset is an MP3 file. I now need an email template that will deliver this file to my clients smoothly and professionally. The MP3 should be attached (or linked, if size demands) and accompanied by a short message that encourages recipients to listen.
A built-in client feedback form is essential so I can collect reactions right after they’ve heard the audio. Feel free to suggest the most friction-free way to integrate the form—whether that’s an embedded survey block, a branded Typeform/Google Form link, or another lightweight option—so long as it sits naturally within the email body and is easy to complete on both desktop and mobile.
While I’ve chosen email as the primary channel, please keep the layout flexible; if a link to cloud storage becomes necessary for larger files, I’d like the copy to mention it seamlessly without confusing the reader. No need for PDF or PowerPoint alternatives at this stage, but the wording should leave room for future updates.
Specific deliverables:
• Polished HTML (and plain-text fallback) email template, ready to import into Mailchimp, Outlook, or similar platforms
• Clear placement or call-to-action for the MP3 file
