Outbound Email Operator – Competitive Test (200 Emails/Day Initial)
OVERVIEW
We are hiring multiple outbound email operators in parallel for a controlled performance test.
This is not theory work.
This is execution.
Operators who perform will receive increased volume and ongoing work.
INITIAL TEST STRUCTURE
Each selected operator will:
Send 200 emails per day
Use their own existing, warmed infrastructure
Forward all replies externally
Provide daily reporting
Test period: 3–5 days
Top performers will be scaled.

WHAT YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE

Live outbound email infrastructure
Warmed inboxes currently sending
Multiple inboxes under management
Safe volume practices (40–50 per inbox per day or equivalent)
External reply forwarding capability
No domains or inboxes will be provided.
No setup assistance.
No warming period.
This is execution-only.
SCOPE OF WORK (TEST PHASE)
You will:
Load provided lead list (CSV)
Load approved subject lines and email copy
Configure sending correctly:
Delays
Business hours
Daily caps
Launch campaign at 200/day
Forward 100% of replies
Send concise daily report including:
Emails sent
Replies
Bounces
You will NOT:
Change copy without approval
Add attachments or links
Request infrastructure support
Scale beyond 200/day without authorization
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Operators will be ranked on:
Deliverability stability
Bounce rate
Positive reply rate
Reporting discipline
Communication clarity
Zero friction
Multiple operators will be hired.
Only top performers will be scaled to 500–1,000 emails/day.
SCALING PATH
After the initial 3–5 day test:
Strong operators will be increased to 400–500/day
Top performers may scale to 1,000/day+
Ongoing weekly/monthly work available
Performance-based compensation
REQUIRED CONFIRMATION (MUST BE INCLUDED VERBATIM)
“I confirm I already operate active outbound email infrastructure and can begin sending 200 emails/day within 24 hours using my own system, with all replies forwarded externally.”
Proposals without this confirmation will not be considered.
FINAL NOTE
We are deliberately testing execution, not promises.
If you can deliver clean, stable results, there is significant upside.
