AI-Driven UI Personalization

I’m looking to add an intelligence layer to an existing software application so every user sees an interface that adapts to their habits and preferences in real time. The goal is simple: let the app observe how someone works, learn from those interactions, then quietly reshape menus, layouts, and feature prominence so the experience always feels tailor-made.
Here’s how I picture the collaboration:
• You’ll design or integrate an AI/ML model that profiles behaviour on the fly (think clustering or reinforcement learning, whichever you find most efficient).
• A lightweight rules-engine or inference service will sit between the model and the front-end, delivering UI adjustments without affecting core performance.
• I’d like a clear feedback loop—A/B tests, usage analytics, or another metric you propose—to prove we’re actually improving engagement.
Tech is flexible. If you lean toward Python with TensorFlow or PyTorch, great; if you’d rather embed something in-app with ONNX or a C++ inference library, I’m open, as long as the adaptation feels instantaneous for the end user.
Deliverables
1. Model training pipeline (code + brief documentation).
2. Live inference module wired into the current UI layer.
3. Dashboard or reporting script that visualises uplift in user engagement after rollout.
4. A concise hand-off guide so my in-house team can maintain and iterate.
