Pilot scope
• Optimise one active campaign (≈1 000 prospects)
• Maintain bounce rate below 2 % and achieve 5 %+ genuine replies over a two-week window
I’ll measure success on verified replies logged inside Instantly.ai and your ability to explain what worked, what didn’t and the next steps for scaling. If the pilot hits the mark, we can expand to additional lists and verticals straight away.
