Boost Online Course Sales
Budget: $100,000 – $0 USD
The sole aim of this project is to lift revenue from my digital products—specifically, a catalogue of self-paced online courses. Conversions are lagging, so the work revolves around pinpointing where prospects drop off, tightening each step of the funnel, and launching proven, data-driven tactics that turn visitors into paying students.
Current assets already in place include a WordPress site with WooCommerce checkout, a modest email list in Mailchimp, and active (but underperforming) Meta Ads. Analytics and all log-ins will be provided at kickoff.
Deliverables
• Comprehensive funnel audit covering traffic sources, landing pages, cart flow, and post-purchase sequence
• Action plan that details quick wins and longer-term optimisations, prioritised by effort versus impact
• Implementation of the top recommendations—this may involve copy tweaks, new creatives, A/B testing, email automation, and retargeting setup
• Tracking dashboard in Google Analytics 4 (or preferred tool) to monitor daily sales, cost per acquisition, and overall return on ad spend
• A brief wrap-up report summarising results and next steps
Success is defined as a clear, measurable uplift in completed course purchases within the first month of changes going live. Access is ready; timelines are flexible as long as milestones are met and sales momentum is demonstrably improving.
