Hello first i created a Etsy Shop where i sell digital products to a specific niche. Then i recently created a web app where i charge a monthly subscription of only 20. Basically the web app helps them run their business with contracts, invoices, questionnaires, keep track of their events etc..

IM about to launch my web app in a couple of weeks so my goal is to get some customers / business owners wanting to try out the 30 trial when i launch.
my etsy shop literally has over 100 five star reviews and Im even offering them free templates from my etsy shop in order to get them to respond and this couple weeks i only 2 responses so far. Which is pretty bad.
