BNTouch Lead Nurture Automation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run Home Central Capital, a small mortgage brokerage in New York, and I’m ready to put BNTouch’s automation muscle to work on our lead pipeline. The goal is to design and launch a set of fully automated lead-nurturing sequences that reach prospects by both email and SMS, guiding them from first inquiry all the way to an application.
Everything must live natively in BNTouch—no outside work-arounds—so deep familiarity with the platform’s workflow builder, tag logic, and scheduling rules is critical. Because we don’t yet have content, the project also includes crafting the copy, subject lines, SMS text, and any lightweight visual elements that fit our brand voice (see http://www.hellohomecentral.com/ for tone and style).
Deliverables
• Campaign strategy map: stages, timing, triggers, exit criteria
• Original email and SMS copy with personalization tokens inserted per BNTouch syntax
• Branded templates loaded into our BNTouch library and mobile-responsive tested
• Workflow set-up, including tagging, delays, and branching logic
• QA pass with live test contact to confirm proper firing and opt-out compliance
• Quick-start guide so my team can adjust content or cadence later
Acceptance criteria: every touch fires on schedule when the “New Lead” tag is applied, contacts see no duplicate messages, and opt-out links work in both channels.
Timeline is flexible but I’d like the first version live within two weeks of kickoff so we can start converting the new leads already flowing into our CRM.
