Production support role: candidate will be using her laptop connecting to cloud desktop. Support person should takeover control for from 9 pm Ist to 6 am Ist. Manager will be pinging and assigning tickets. We should take over the ticket, set of steps on how to resolve tickets will be present in company confluence pages. Support should be able to understand the ticket, research analyze and provide solution while teaching the candidate. And support should give clear instructions for the candidate to say in the team chat or in meetings. All KT about flow control of the jobs and the other meetings will be given to support person. Support person should understand and teach/explain the same to candidate.
