Heartfelt Appeal for Child Care Work

I need a sincere, empathetic and convincing written appeal to submit to licensing authorities, which will allow me to work in child care despite my past misdemeanors. I have to add what I have done since then and how I have changed for the better. I also need 3 recommendation letters on me being a good person and that I do work well with children. And it has to be from “people who haven’t known me for too long.”

My first appeal was unfortunately denied. This will be the second one. And my last chance so I really do need it to sound great. Thank you!
