Wooden Pole Inspection and Data Collection
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
In this project, you'll put your data collection and analysis skills into play for an important operation - inspecting wooden power poles. Specifically:
- Inspect the current condition of wooden utility poles.
- Monitor these poles for defects and billing adders, including but not limited to cracks, decay, and insect damage.
- Additional areas of interest include evaluating the condition of cross arms, equipment, trees and vegetation.
Ideal freelancers for this job will have:
- An understanding of wooden pole structures and their potential defects.
- Proficiency in data collection techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and document findings accurately.
- Relevant field experience, especially with utility pole inspection, would be a bonus.
