ZestHRM: Redesign for Improved Dashboard User Experience

I am in search of a knowledgeable UX designer to thoroughly overhaul the dashboard of our existing SaaS-based HRM tool called ZestHRM, currently used by small businesses. The existing pain points include a cluttered layout, difficult navigation, and inconsistent branding which we aim to resolve.
For the new design, we're targeting a user-friendly interface, intuitive navigation, and clear call-to-actions. You should ideally have experience in designing SaaS tools, with a deep understanding of how small businesses operate and their HRM needs.
