YouTube Content Video Editor

Location: Remote (Open to candidates in the Philippines, Ukraine, Poland, India – or similar time zones)

Are you a skilled video editor with a passion for creating content that hooks viewers and keeps them watching?

We’re looking for a YouTube-savvy editor to join our remote team and help us produce high-quality, engaging videos that stand out. If you live and breathe creative storytelling, know how to use jump cuts, b-roll, and motion graphics to retain attention, we want to hear from you.


? What You’ll Do:
Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–20 min) from raw footage
Cut for pacing, energy, and audience retention
Add motion graphics, b-roll, sound effects, subtitles, and music
Optimize videos for viewer engagement, retention, and YouTube SEO
Occasionally repurpose content into short-form clips (Reels/Shorts/TikTok)
Work closely with our content team on structure, tone, and messaging


✅ What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience editing content for YouTube
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
Strong understanding of YouTube content trends, pacing, and style
Great eye for storytelling, transitions, and engagement triggers
Excellent attention to detail, especially for sound and visual consistency
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
English proficiency (for communication and content comprehension)


? Bonus Points If You:
Have edited content in niches like business, lifestyle, productivity, or education
Know your way around YouTube growth strategies
Can do light graphic design or thumbnail creation
Have worked on YouTube automation or faceless channels
