Yatraesewa (yatraesewa-com.lovable.app) is a travel/transport service platform built for Nepal's unique road travel landscape. The website is nearly complete, and I am looking for ONE highly skilled, dedicated professional (or a small team) to take this project from near-completion to a fully launched, maintained, and marketed product.

I need someone who:
• Has deep, real knowledge of Nepal's road conditions, transport system, travel routes, legal regulations, and local transport laws (e.g., route permits, vehicle fitness certificates, transport syndicate rules, etc.)
• Can identify what's legally allowed vs. restricted in Nepal's road transport sector
• Has strong full-stack web development skills (React, Node.js, or similar modern stack)
• Can develop and publish native or cross-platform mobile apps for Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store)
• Can handle end-to-end app publishing, including store listing, compliance, and app store optimization (ASO)
• Can implement proper SEO for the website — both on-page and technical SEO
• Can set up and manage digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.)
• Is available for LONG-TERM support — even after the app is live, I need someone who continues to maintain, update, and grow the platform

1. Review the existing Yatraesewa website and suggest/implement improvements
2. Complete all remaining web development tasks
3. Develop Android & iOS mobile applications (consistent with the web platform)
4. Publish apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
5. Implement full SEO strategy (keyword research, meta tags, page speed, structured data, etc.)
6. Set up digital marketing and advertising campaigns
7. Ensure all features comply with Nepal's transport and digital regulations
8. Provide long-term maintenance, bug fixes, updates, and support after launch
