XIBO CMS and Player Setup

I need assistance with both the installation and configuration of XIBO CMS and XIBO Player on my Windows 11 system. The necessary code is available on Github.

Requirements:
- Install and configure XIBO CMS and XIBO Player on Windows 11
- Connect both systems via LAN network
- Integrate with my existing web server

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Windows 11
- Experience with XIBO CMS and XIBO Player
- Familiarity with web servers and LAN configurations
- Experience with Docker Installation
- Experience with .exe file creation using VS 2022.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
