Writing a Medical paper

Greetings,
I am a young Doctor that enjoys writing Medical articles, some of which I have published in noticeable journals and some of which I am including in a book I am currently working on. I am a very busy person and I could definitely use help with writing the introduction part for an article I am writing about diabetes mellitus, another about tetralogy of fallot and also about carbon monoxide poisoning. In the introduction I would like to include a simple review of the basics based on information from uptodate.com or pubmed. however, I DO NOT want any "personal touch" added just the plain basics of the subject. there really are several different assignments I could go on and provide you if this seems to be working well but lets start with the following 3:
1. DM review
2. Tetrallogy of fallot
3. CO poisoning
