Project Overview
We have an existing corporate website design built in HTML.
The requirement is to convert this into a fully dynamic WordPress theme, along with a WooCommerce-based product catalogue (display only, no e-commerce functionality).
Key Requirements

1. HTML to WordPress Conversion
Convert complete HTML theme into a custom dynamic WordPress theme
Create reusable templates (header, footer, pages)
Enable dynamic content management via WordPress admin
Maintain exact design, layout, responsiveness, and styling

2. Dynamic Backend (Admin Control)
Pages, sections, images, and text editable from backend
Menu management via WordPress
Support for adding/editing pages
Clean, structured, non-hardcoded implementation
Preferred: ACF or similar for structured content

3. WooCommerce (Catalogue Only)
WooCommerce will be used strictly as a product display system
Required:
Product grid/listing page
Category & attribute-based filters
Product detail page
Must Remove/Disable:
Price display
Add to Cart / Buy Now
Cart, Checkout, Orders
Any purchase flow

4. Frontend Expectations
Match existing HTML design closely
Fully responsive across devices
Clean UI with consistent styling
Product pages aligned with corporate design

5. Technical Expectations
Proper WordPress theme structure (not HTML wrapping)
Clean, scalable code
Minimal and necessary plugins only
Compatible with standard hosting (cPanel-based)
