WordPress Academy & Booking Site -- 2

I already have the full site design; what I need now is the build. From a clean WordPress install you will turn the mock-ups in this document (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UlvE_Nnvj9LKE9kyMf7GvEYC_ON5lrbxaye7VzGtOOo/edit?usp=sharing) into a working site that connects seamlessly to our GoHighLevel (GHL) backend.

The two core sections are:

• Academy page – students must be able to register, log in and stream the training videos I will upload.
• Beauty-center page – lists all aesthetic treatments, shows real-time availability and lets visitors lock in an appointment through a calendar that’s driven by GHL. I also want the option to drop in an AI-powered booking assistant so the calendar keeps learning and optimising slots automatically.

Every registration, booking, and calendar event must sync to GHL; no separate databases.

Deliverables
1. Pixel-perfect WordPress theme or child-theme based on my design.
2. Secure user registration / login flow for the academy.
3. Video course area set up and tested (you can use a standard LMS plugin if it speeds things up).
4. Treatment catalogue + calendar with appointment booking, fully integrated to GHL through its API.
5. Hook for the future AI scheduler (webhook or plugin) so it can drop straight in without re-coding.
6. Final walk-through and hand-off documentation covering how to add new courses, update slots and monitor data inside GHL.

I am ready to supply all creative assets and quick feedback; you focus on the code, integrations and a smooth user experience.
