Oh this what I said in the beginning.
I am considering taking my counseling practice online. When a person makes an appointment to see a therapist, they must fill out forms and take certain assessments. Once these preliminaries are completed they are ready to have their first session.
I'm trying to reduplicate this process online. Online the person would come to my website and make a payment to take the assessment (paypal etc).
This is a Timed Assessment- 140 questions. The person will have a certain amount of time to answer each question. When that time is up the next question will automatically pop up. It will take roughly 45 to 60 min to complete the assessment.
I will be able to change or rearrange the questions and answers at any given time without compromising the system mechanism.
The person will not be able to go back to any of the unanswered questions. The sample question will give them a sense of how much time is allotted for each question.
Upon completion, a score and short report will be immediately generated and sent to the person.
Three report is generated that will go with the three different scores .
Before taking the assessment the person will pay for the assessment, fill out some information (Name, email etc.) given an example of how to take the timed assessment and when they are ready they can press on the start button.
The assessment should be secured and protected so it cannot be copied or compromised in anyway.
The questions are changed/or rearranged periodically therefore the system should be able flexible enough to allow me to make these kinds of modifications.
