Word-to-LaTeX Research papers files Conversion

Job ID: 40553123

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have two finished research papers of roughly 5,000 words each in Microsoft Word and the official LaTeX template, class file, and author guidelines supplied by the target journal. Your task is to migrate the content exactly as it stands—no rewriting—into that template so the final project compiles flawlessly on Overleaf.

Both papers need every table, figure, equation, and section reproduced. Figures should remain embedded inside the documents rather than called as external files, and only standard, widely-available LaTeX packages should be used; no custom macros are required. Citations and the reference list must follow IEEE style via a clean .bib file.

When you hand the work back, I want to be able to open the Overleaf link, hit Recompile, and obtain the finished PDFs without a single warning or error.

Deliverables
• Two .tex files, each in the journal template
• One consolidated .bib file in IEEE format
• All image assets already embedded/encoded as required by the journal
• Final PDFs generated from Overleaf
• A zipped, fully compilable Overleaf project (or share link) proving everything builds successfully
