WiFi Controlled LED Alert System

I'm seeking a skilled freelancer to build a prototype device, potentially using Raspberry Pi, that connects to a public website and checks a table on it twice a day. The device's task will be to identify specific text in certain rows and columns of the table. If the designated word appears, one of four different coloured LEDs will light up.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Raspberry Pi and LED circuitry
- Proficient in Python or other programming languages suitable for Raspberry Pi
- Familiar with web scraping and data parsing
- Knowledgeable in working with WiFi modules
- Strong problem-solving skills

The device should utilize the internal WiFi module of the Raspberry Pi.
