WhatsApp Notification Setup via Twilio

I am seeking a professional who can integrate Meta WhatsApp messaging through Twilio. Specifically, I need to set up a system where my customers receive notifications via WhatsApp for any relevant updates.
The ideal candidate for this job should have experience with:
- Setting up Meta Business Suite to use WhatsApp number in Twillo
- Setting up Twilio for WhatsApp messaging via API
Please note that I have setup the Twillo API and using Twillo sandbox able to sent WhatsApp message. Now I need to use local mobile number to send WhatsApp message using Twillo API.
