WhatsApp + n8n AI Agent Integration (Spain Legal Setup, Spanish Required)

We are building an AI agent that coexists with human agents using WhatsApp and n8n. The system is already running in Argentina, but we are facing limitations when trying to implement the same setup in Spain, most likely due to legal or compliance issues.
We are looking for a freelancer (ideally based in Spain or familiar with Spanish regulations) to:
• Review the current WhatsApp + n8n setup.
• Identify legal/technical restrictions in Spain.
• Propose and implement a solution to allow AI-human coexistence in WhatsApp conversations.
Important: Communication and delivery must be in Spanish.
Skills required: WhatsApp Business API, n8n workflows, AI integrations, legal/compliance knowledge in Spain is a plus.
