4 Website scraper (with VPN)

I am looking for someone with a lot of experience in webscraper who can write it and run it on my server. It has to scrape 4 sites that require accounts and may require a VPN. The data must be exposed as an endpoint from which another API can retrieve it.
Time to do it 3 days from selection. Payment of 50% only after demo for all 4 sites. Demo created on your server. Second catch after installation on my server.
