Website Migration: Wordpress to Hugo -- 3

Wordpress site
Dedicated server
About 150+ pages
Goal: Move AmericanRarities.com from a Wordpress based site, to a static Hugo site.
Code to the site will be housed in a GitHub repository (will need to be created). All of the content currently housed in the WP DB should be moved to Hugo MD files, all content should be separate from the design. A new theme based off the current design needs to be created within Hugo, the theme should be compartmentalized to reuse sections/elements that are the same on multiple pages. All useful files to the Hugo build should be included with in the Hugo files, HTML, JS, Css, Linting scripts & build scripts. The current site should be closely replicated into the static Hugo format.
The new static site will be hosted on: https://static.app
https://static.app has utilities to process forms, all forms will need a “static-form” attribute in order for the hosting to process the forms.
ALL Content is already in .MD filles
