Urgent Website Malware Cleanup

My site has been hit with malicious code that keeps forcing visitors through unauthorized redirects, so I need a thorough, end-to-end malware cleanup and integrity audit. I’m not running any security plugins at the moment, so you’ll be starting with a blank slate.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Identify and remove every malicious file, injected script, or backdoor causing those redirects.
• Compare current core, theme, and plugin files against their originals (or trusted hashes) and reinstate anything that has been modified.
• Patch obvious vulnerabilities and harden permissions, .htaccess rules, and database access.
• Install and configure an appropriate security suite (Wordfence, Sucuri, or similar) so real-time scanning and firewall protection stay in place after the cleanup.
