My e-commerce store, “The Babystore”, has plateaued at position 14 for its primary keyword and I need clear technical guidance to reach the top three. I have already run the site through several tools—Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, Screaming Frog, among others—so you will have data to work from; what I am missing is an expert’s interpretation and a concise action plan.
The consultation should zero in on two areas: site-speed optimisation (including Core Web Vitals) and any crawl or indexing issues that might be holding rankings back. I do not need a full-scale implementation or a generic SEO report—just a focused technical review with step-by-step recommendations I can hand straight to my developer team.
