Fix Indexing & Boost Rankings

I have a small static site—essentially a landing page plus two supporting pages—that Google refuses to index. Search Console reports them as ‘Pages not indexed’, yet it offers no clear diagnostic clues. I need an SEO specialist who can dig in, identify exactly why these URLs are being skipped, and guide me through precise, verifiable fixes.

Once the technical roadblocks are removed, I also want an on-page strategy that lifts our search-engine ranking for the core terms we target. The engagement is short (about three to five days), so I am looking for someone who can move quickly and back every recommendation with data or best-practice rationale.
