Detailed Core Web Vitals Analysis (Diagnostic Only , No Implementation)

I’m looking for an experienced website performance specialist to provide a detailed Core Web Vitals analysis for a custom made website.
Important:
This is a diagnostic and analysis only project. I do not need any changes, fixes, or optimizations implemented on the website.
The goal is to clearly understand what is slowing down the site, why the Core Web Vitals scores are poor, and what specific actions can be taken later to improve them.
Scope of Work
The freelancer will analyze the website and provide insights on:
What is currently slowing down the website
Issues affecting Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)
Issues affecting Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS)
Issues affecting First Input Delay (FID) / INP
Performance issues on desktop and mobile (where relevant)
Deliverables
The final deliverable must be a well structured, actionable checklist, not just raw data or screenshots. It should include:
A breakdown of what’s currently slowing down the site
Detailed analysis of LCP, CLS, and FID/INP
Identification of problem areas (themes, scripts, images, third-party tools, plugins, etc.)
Clear, actionable recommendations explaining what should be fixed and why
Best practice suggestions that I can safely implement later
Requirements
Must perform the analysis using a German VPN
Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and real world performance metrics
Ability to explain technical issues in a clear, easy to understand way
What I’m NOT Looking For
No implementation or optimization
No code changes
No plugin installation
This project is strictly for analysis, diagnostics, and expert recommendations.
