Audit Website Image Placeholders

Job ID: 39799385

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I have a list of page-level URLs from my site and need a fresh set of eyes to verify the images that appear on each one. The placeholders aren’t uniform, so you’ll be looking at a variety of possible stand-ins and deciding—by your own best judgment—whether what’s displayed is a throw-away graphic or a legitimate, subject-appropriate image. If you're looking at a page with no images, just placeholder colors or if you're looking at a page about Japan and it has random photos, those need to be replaced.

Here’s what I expect:

• Open every URL I supply.
• Decide if the images on that page is a placeholder or a legit asset.
• Record your decision in a simple spreadsheet with two columns—URL and Status (“Placeholder” or “Legit”). Feel free to add a brief note if something is borderline or odd.

That’s it. No rigid rules, no special tooling beyond a browser and, if you like, a quick image-search check to confirm relevance. Accuracy and consistency matter more to me than speed, so take the time you need to be sure of each call.
