A Web App for users to comment with their Instagram ids on particular category and get added to those Instagram Groups via admins

I wanted a Web App to be built where in people would add their instagram username under a particular category such as "Teenagers Groupchat" or "Extroverts Groupchat" and in the backend admins will simply copy the list of people who have requested to be added in that particular category of groupchat, and paste it into the 'add people' section of instagram and add them to the group, the site won't have an inbuilt chat functionality as of now
