Want to fix this problem in my steam avatar scanner

Hello, i want to fix this small problem. when i try to raise up theadcount in my python then its stopped working because of connection ... i dont know if its api problem or other ... also want to fix it by anydesk in my computer ! i will pay after i will see that everything work !
