VmWare EsXI Virtualization with Nvidia GPU

I am looking for a proficient IT professional who is experienced in server and system virtualization. The main objective of our project is to set up a VMWare EsXI server virtualization, incorporating the Nvidia Tesla K40 GPU into our virtualization setup with the primary intention of running machine learning and AI applications.

I bought myself a Dell T5810 workstation computer and added an Nvidia Tesla K40 graphics card/GPU as a second graphics card. It also has an ATI graphics card.
I installed VmWare EsXI 6.5 on the computer. The purpose of this is to be able to use both Windows and Linux operating systems on the computer at the same time and to be able to use it with GPU support.
When I check it from the list: https://www.vmware.com/resources/compatibility/pdf/vi_vdga_guide.pdf
There is no Tesla K40 model on this list. But there is no ATI Radeon graphics card in the same list, but I can use the ATI card as a GPU and run virtualization without any problems, but when I want to run the virtual computer on the NVidia Tesla K40 graphics card, it gives an error. You can see it in the pictures attached. My goal is to virtualize a Dell T5810 computer and use all the hardware without changing the hardware I have.
I need a friend who will provide a 100% solution to this issue and provide immediate technical support.
Who can help? Sorry, my budget isn't very high.
