VPN Split Tunneling Windows / CentOS

I have windows server and that is act as VPN server (Windows default VPN server)
and I need to connect from Linux (centos) server as client,
problem is when I connect the VPN network, I cannot access Linux server via public IP address
need to correct guidance to resolve that matter and who can connect via the AnyDesk to configure server mostly welcome
