Urgent Joomla Developer Needed for Multilingual Website

I have installed Joomla on my website and I'm in need of a professional Joomla developer who can start working immediately.
The issue is, We have 2 languages in joomla 3.9.8. FR and EN But somehow the EN language flag is visible only but not FR. I need both to be displayed as it was before.
