Urgent Civil Engineer Needed for California Residential Project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We urgently need a Civil engineer with California experience to assist me in a residential / commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the Civil engineering SOW (grading, erosion control, drainage) of the existing residential building.
- Providing recommendations for any necessary modifications or improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a civil engineer in California, specifically on residential & commercial projects.
- Familiarity with California Building Code and local city ordinances.
- Ability to work within a tight timeframe; the project needs to be completed in less than 1 month.
Ideal Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of the California Building Code and local city ordinances.
- Solid experience in dealing with residential & commercial buildings in California.
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver quality results within a tight deadline.
