Urban Planning Graphics: Building out a presentation with Visual Aid

This project is a litmus test for a novel idea; you will help expand that idea with GRAPHICS/RENDERINGS/MODELING IN 3D, OF A LIMITED CAPACITY*
*This is not a long range, intensive and expensive venture, but a light treading on the topic*

DELIVERABLES: Five graphic slides (in JPEG, PDF, and the original .AI or whichever file originated the content, with resolution capability to be crisp on a 2.5x3.5 meter screen,) the imagery assembled and constructed to succinctly deliver the message of the project of my scope and examples. Some have blocking with tables to delineate scale/use type/purpose. You MAY be required to revise up to 3 times per slide for details, clarity, or corrections.

THE SCOPE: USING GIS DATA, I have analyzed a large neighborhood for redevelopment. I will provide the base map image, the plan of action, and required details of every slide, and general dimensions of the graphic installation pieces.
The winning candidate for this project will take EXISITING ELEMENTS available on open sources to fill in the rest. Open Source buildings, people/animals, Trees, (of a fruit bearing variety, and other species which exist) and flowers, and place them onto the map from birds eye, 2-d, or 3-D images. You will take demarcated spots and place the images of a building on there that are in open source that closely match as possible, but not full match in unable to find, as well as the correlating water body/greens-paces. Roads may be altered or eliminated in renderings too.
**We do not want to make custom designs for wildlife, people, buildings, waterbodies, these are to be pulled from open source, simply, or basic geometric shapes. It shall look professional and cohesive only.
CANDIDATE CRITERIA: ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND, CONVERSE AND USE THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. THE ABILITY TO UTILIZE YOUR OWN SOFTWARE TO CREATE 2D AND 3D RENDERINGS. ABILITY TO PROVIDE GRAPHIC IMAGRY WITH DIRECTION IN THE GENGRE OF ARCHITECTURE/PLANNING. THE ABILITY TO USE OPEN SOURCE EXISTING GRAPHICS AND GENEARTE SEAMLESS CUSTOM COLLAGES & GRPHICS, AND TO POTENTIALLY COMPLETE BASIC IN HOUSE GRAPHICS AS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. THE ABILITY TO TAKE DIRECTION AND REVISE/EDIT FOR CLARITY, AND TO DELIVER PROJCETS IN A TIMELY FASHION THAT DERIVE A SENSE OF URBAN PLANNING QUALITY DELIVERABLES
BENCHMAKERS FOR PAY; Pay is going to be set in three benchmarks, weighted by depth and difficulty, with a small bonus for time. Pay shall be 25% initial completion of ideas/intro slides expressed correctly, 40% to get slides to professional grade, plus corrections, 35% for final corrections and deliverables, with a potential 3% bonus of project cost for completion in an expedited fashion (less than 1 week). Slide one: Image of Existing/Remediation 1/Transition. In 2-D .I will provide an EXISITING detailed photograph of the site, and you will blend Remediation 1: Where the ground are covered in a variety of Sunflowers. Into it, along with Transition: A row of apple trees with children picking the apples. This will be perspective style.
Slide 2: 2-D Aerial view of the site in a cartographic plan view with Basic coded coloring. this emphasizes position, path of travel, row cropping of the fruit bearing trees and “existing buildings”.
Slide 3: A 3-D rendering of slide 2 from a selected height and point on the site with coloring and “users” sprinkled throughout the scene
Slide 4: A second 3-D rendering of slide 2 from a selected heigh and point on the side with coloring, and users sprinkled throughout
Slide 5: A 2-D graphic image of the interface between the new development and one street of redeveloped properties. Here, a 2-d Drawing, the street, and a “future” development from a graphic I will pick will be blended into on perspective image.
