Upgrade linux to 20.0.4 and cyberpanel to latest version

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help upgrade our Linux server to the newest version, 20.0.4 and Cyberpanel to the latest version. Our system currently runs Ubuntu, which we are confident has all the necessary hardware requirements for the upgrade. Please ensure cyberpanel and its websites are running the latest recommended version of PHP and SQL for wordpress purposes.
