Update the eBay Finding API for domains

There is a site that uses the eBay finding API that has the old version. It does not show the corresponding eBay domain of the intended country.

as indicated by https://developer.ebay.com/Devzone/finding/ReleaseNotes.html to give their fair bids.
The only requirement now is to change the finding API to show the domains correctly.
