Undefined API Development Using Flutter, Node.js

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Flutter and Node.js developer to join our project on a freelance basis. Our current requirement involves the creation of missing APIs to enable the seamless pulling of backend category and product data on our frontend web platform, aligning it with our mobile app's functionality. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both Flutter for frontend development and Node.js for backend services, with a strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
Responsibilities:
Review the existing codebase for our mobile app and web platform to understand the current architecture and data flow.
Develop and integrate APIs in Node.js to fetch category and product data from the backend and display it on the frontend web platform.
Ensure the newly developed APIs are fully functional and compatible with both the web platform and the mobile app, ensuring a consistent user experience across platforms.
Collaborate with our existing development team to integrate these APIs with the frontend, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the integration process.
Conduct thorough testing of the APIs to ensure they are robust, secure, and scalable.
Provide documentation for the developed APIs, including usage guidelines and integration instructions for future reference.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in API development to suggest improvements to our platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Flutter and Node.js development, with a portfolio or examples of previous work.
Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and experience with API testing tools.
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and understanding of data structure principles.
