Umbraco Site Expert for Maintenance & Customization

I'm in need of an Umbraco expert to assist with maintaining my site, applying updates, and customizing the platform to suit my needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Maintenance: Regular checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Customization: Tailoring the site to meet specific needs and requirements.
- Plugin Integration: Identifying and implementing suitable plugins to enhance site functionality.
Please note, I currently do not have any documentation or guides for my Umbraco setup. Therefore, the ideal candidate will need to be able to navigate and understand the system without pre-existing guidelines.
Additionally, I require the creation and implementation of custom themes. Skills in UI/UX design would be a plus. Prior experience with Umbraco is essential.
