UPS and FedEx API's for shipping - Step by step guide for XML

I would need to have you create step by step guide outlining the process with the proper XML calls from the API's for the different functionality steps.
We would need to incorporate the following:
Delivery Address Verification
Shipping Rates - for both UPS and Fedex
Transit Time - different types of service - Ground and Air
Have the ability to create and have label be emailed to our merchants
Delivery verification
Tracking Number Reporting so we can email the customer an email with the tracking number
Third-Party Shipping - If the merchant who sells the goods has their own UPS or Fed Ex Number and wants to use it
